HTT 112 – Just In Time: Available When Needed

HTT 112 – Just In Time: Available When Needed
December 6, 2016 Halftime Talks

Just in time is traditionally used as an inventory control systems management style but today I want to change it’s utilization toward our success. The traditional tenant of JIT requires that resources are made available upon meeting them. Not before. Not after. Just in time!

Far too often we are trying to collect everything out of a fear that one day we may need it and may not have it when it’s time. That is a scarcity approach. I prefer we adopt an abundant mentality that is built on the knowledge that I have what I need when I need it.

In this episode we look at the ways that we can apply JIT to our every day life.
