HTT 136 – Mise En Place [Prep]

Mise En Place is a phrase from France commonly used in restaurants. A loose translation meaning,  “putting in place” or “everything in its’ place.” I first ran acrossed it in Tim Ferriss’ podcast interview with Chris Young (Chef, Innovator, Inventor) of Chef Steps. Being curious is what led me down a rabbit hole in not only discovering what it meant but also finding ways for the wisdom in it to apply to my everyday life.
