In this episode of Halftime Talks we discuss the dilemma of what happens when the inspiration bug found you and not your peer? What is the perfect response for someone who realizes their peer group is satisfied with where they are in the world? Do you take your foot off of the gas or maintain your course? Do you carry them? Do you drag them along? Is your love for them enough to ignite the inspiration for change?

Life experience fleshed this truth out over time. Growth seeking individuals know all too well that everyone does not have similar ambitions and naturally the conflict arises.
