Discomfort Training has been priceless addition to my overall Mind, Body, and Spiritual regiment. All of the conflict-free training cannot replicate the value that discomfort training brings. While it doesn’t have to extreme we can sprinkle small doses of discomfort which strengthens our antifragility.
Experiencing discomfort activates stress which typically triggers suboptimal behaviors. The more we are familiar with our natural inclinations with stress the better we can prepare for the highs and lows of our daily experiences. Engaging this type of training in low stakes realms build the grit necessary to consistently climb to the top.
