Not a day goes by that I don’t set aside some time to enter in the mode of mindfulness. Often one of the practices that I focus my energies into is appreciation. It’s fascinating to pour your attention into appreciation unconditionally. Unconditionally in that we are not trying to coax the wheels of life to roll in our directions but merely for the satisfying feeling of focusing. Appreciating deliberately has benefits that while intangible we can feel them working on us at the depths of our core. In this episode I go into more detail around my methodology around appreciation.
